This is the last entry, continuing from weeks 7-8, where I'd just started seeing the first weight-related signal after nearly two months of nothing on that front.
The jeans-fitting-better thing from week 8 continued and became more noticeable. Didn't step on a scale obsessively (a personal choice, not a recommendation either way), but clothes fit differently by day 70 โ I'd estimate roughly a size to a size and a half looser through the midsection compared to day 1.
Everything from here largely held steady: energy consistently better than baseline, cravings quieter but not gone, weight/fit continuing to improve gradually rather than in any dramatic jump. Genuinely boring to log at this point, which I think is actually a good sign โ nothing crashed, nothing reversed.
Final stretch. No new developments, which after the slow build of the previous 12 weeks felt like confirmation rather than disappointment โ this seems to be roughly where things plateau, at least for the timeframe I tracked.
Don't expect anything for two weeks. Don't expect everything to move at once. The energy change comes first, cravings follow, and if you're hoping for a weight or hormone-related change specifically, budget at least 8 weeks before judging it โ earlier than that and you're judging an incomplete process.
